How to participate: <\/b>Prepare a portfolio of accomplishments in one or more of the above categories.\u00a0 School winners are selected by interview and portfolio by school committee based on Leadership – 25, Citizenship – 25, and Scholarship – 50; 100 points possible.\u00a0 School winners then compete in the Central Utah Sterling Scholar Awards program with nine other schools where a winner and two runners-up in each category are selected & awarded scholarships.<\/p>\n
